New TV satellite asiasat8 will launch for satellite television and satellite direct services

Thanks to the success of all performance tests based on the payload and subsystems of the satellite bus, Asia Sat 8 SCTV began tests (thermal vacuum container), which should be completed in November. SCTV test is an important step in the program, which will validate the performance of a space vehicle, in the vacuum environment and extreme temperatures simulation space.

AsiaSat 8 will join asia sat 3 and AsiaSat 7 at the orbital position 105.5 degrees East is a slot where AsiaSat networks has been established since 1990 to provide services in the Asia Pacific region. AsiaSat 8 is going to launch with the help of Falcon9 rocket from Cape Canaveral, Florida, United States published by the SpaceX.

Ku-band coverage in high performance of AsiaSat 8 are China, India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The satellite is to be modified with inter-beam to respond to the specific needs of customers and equipped with proper technology. With A TOP Ku-band at 210 watts, the most powerful amplifiers that have been published in Asia, AsiaSat 8 will offer the largest TV provider in the worst area.

" We are pleased to have made significant progress in our program of AsiaSat8. AsiaSat 8 brings a new Ku-Band capacity on AsiaSat 7 and asia sat 3 orbital position of 105.5°E, Asia Sat slot for data transfer DTH and telecommunication services, the new satellite will fulfill  the increasing demand for capacity in growth markets, the quality in Asia and the Middle East to meet," said William Wade, President and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Sat.
