Airtel launches 21 FM radio channels on its Airtel Digital TV DTH Service
Bharti Airtel iRadio, a service on the DTH platform with 21 FM channels has started, without additional costs. 14 channels are available for All India Radio, but there are three channels FM Gold, FM Rainbow Gyanvani both outside and Radio Kashmir. A list of radio stations below. Our hypothesis is that this appeal to a diaspora that otherwise would not get enough significant regional content / music on TV, but probably enough regional channels. Maybe that's why Airtel offers costs are to be free and probably alone.
